  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most locations in India.

If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you and process a refund if payment has already been made.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use the provided tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. ADDMAX shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).
  • We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
